RAMBAN, Oct 1: Ramsoo police arrested a trucker along with 10 kilograms of poppy straw.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Ramsoo Police Station laid a naka and intercepted a truck bearing registration number HR56B-7979.
During checking, police team recovered 10 kilograms of poppy straw from the vehicle and arrested the trucker, who was identified as Kuldeep Raj, son of Charan Dass of Kanachak District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 99/2020 under section 8/15 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Ramsoo and investigation started.
