Tribute to Amma

Sir,
I
Jayalalithaa, the ex-CM of Tamilnadu was commonly known as Amma, by the people. She had won the hearts of millions of people through her welfare schemes and acting career in her younger age. Welfare schemes such as free distribution of rice, laptops to students, blenders, gold, cows and goats made her gain the love of masses from all spheres of life.
Amma canteens provided cheap food and provided employment to common people, especially the women folks. Due to her popularity, she became the Chief  Minister of Tamilnadu five times. Her death is a great loss to the entire nation and her great vision is a great motivation for the future leaders.

Sir,
It is not for nothing that people of Tamilnadu widely mourned the death of former Chief Minister J Jayalalitha. The people wailed, sobbed, and cried when they came to know that their beloved is no more in this  mortal world. Before that the whole of Tamilnadu prayed for her early recovery from the disease that had overwhelmed her.
It was reported that the Chief Minister fondly called as Amma worked tirelessly for the downtrodden section of the society.  She provided them almost all basic necessities of life at affordable prices, and let them feel that they are being taken care of and are considered while framing developmental schemes.
Her Chief Ministerial tenure should serve as an example for other State leaders who promise moon to people, but in reality do nothing for them. They just cheat the people on the pretext of caste and religion.
The best tribute to the former leader would be to serve the downtrodden and marginalised sections of society with dedication and love.
Yours etc…
