Tribute paid to BSP founder Kanshi Ram

JAMMU, Oct 9: In order to pay their tribute to Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) founder Kanshi Ram, state unit of BSP organised a function here today.
The programme was organised by Tilak Raj Bhagat Coordinator Bishnah, in which former MP Rajya Sabha Raja Ram (coordinator J&K) was the Chief Guest.
On the occasion everyone paid rich tribute to Kanshi Ram and pledged to follow his foot prints and bring prosperity to Indian masses on the pattern of equality, liberty and fraternity.
The leaders advised the cadre of party to remember struggle done by great leaders Baba Sahib Dr. Ambedkar and Kanshi Ram.
“All our Rights are enshrined in Constitution of India drafted by Dr. Ambedkar and vigorously preached by Kanshi Ram and now it’s our duty to achieve the same. Power of one lies in your hand in the shape of franchise power which is to be used for making Government at Centre as well as State,” said Tilak Raj Bhagat.
Speakers also warned the people to save this UT to become Udta Jammu and Kashmir because of the drug Menace, which has not even left small Villages of Jammu untouched of the consequences, if the LG Administration and Police are unable to take strict actions against the drug peddlers soon, Jammu will lose 50% of its youth in drugs.
Darshan Rana presented vote of thanks and appreciated the workers at grass route level who made the function successful.
Among others who have spoken during the tribute function are Bishan Dass Bhagat Coordinator Suchetgarh, Raja Singh, state Treasurer, Gani Aftab, Harbans Lal, Janak Raj, Sunil Majotra State Secretary, Swarn Lata, Tara Chand, Ambedkar Sarmal and others.
