JAMMU: A low intensity earthquake on Wednesday jolted the parts of Jammu and Kashmir.
“Tremors were felt at around 1240 hours as low intensity quake rocked the parts of the state,” said an official.He said that exact magnitude and epicentre is yet to be known.
Meanwhile people rushed out of their houses in panic.
“So far no major damage, injury or any loss of life has been reported from anywhere but details are awaited,” he added. (AGENCIES)
