JAMMU, Jan 9: The 5-day training programme organized for Heads of the Institutions (newly promoted Headmasters) under RMSA in Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Canal Road, Jammu, concluded today.
Organized by District Institute of Education and Trainings Jammu, the programme had begun on January 5. Total 26 Headmasters from District Jammu participated in the programme.
The main focus of the training programme was to improve the administrative skills including role and responsibility of DDO, leave rule, civil service rules, maintenance of service book, calculation of pension, Right to Information Act (RTI), Income Tax Rule, etc.
The training programme was coordinated by Tripta Dogra and Anuradha Sharma. The resource Persons were DIET faculty and members outsourced from other departments.
Principal DIET Jammu, Mangal Dev while speaking at the valedictory session stressed upon the participants to work with dedication to improve the quality of education.
Ashok Kumar Sharma, Senior Lecturer, DIET Jammu, conducted the proceeding of the programme.
