TR Gupta Trust organizes medical camp

JAMMU, Mar 26: The TR Gupta Public Charitable Trust in collaboration with Hari Prabhu Sanstha organized a free multi-speciality medical camp at Gujroo Nagrota in Billawar.
The medical camp was inaugurated by I.D Soni, chief patron of Hari Prabhu Sanstha in the presence of Colonel Maan Singh, Chairman District Development Council and Dr Ashok Kumar Gupta, Trustee of TR Gupta Trust.
Other Trustees of TR Gupta Trust including Naresh Gupta, S.K Sharma and Kailash Langer were also present on the occasion.
Three specialists, Dr Ashok Kumar Gupta, Pediatrician; Dr Kuldeep Gubgotra, Physician and Dr S.S Padha, Bone & Joint Specialist examined more than 300 patients in the camp.
Provision of blood tests and ECG were also made in the camp and over 125 patients were benefited by this diagnostic facility while the Trust also provided free medicines as prescribed by the specialists.
Dr Ashok Gupta educated the gathering on easy ways to avoid deficiency of iron.
Some patients who needed detailed workup were advised to attend the Trust Clinic at Marble Market Jammu where various blood tests and USG will be done free of cost.
I.D Soni said this noble work taken up by the Trust needs to be extended to other areas.
Raman Pargal, Ajay Kumar, Basharat Hussain, Dipesh Kumar, Balvinder Kumar, Naresh Kumar, Punnu Ahirwal and the Trust staff was also present in the camp.
All the logistics were provided by the Sanstha president, S.C Gupta; general secretary, Kuldeep Gupta and other staff.
