JAMMU, Apr 10: A delegation from Panchayat Magowali, led by Taranjit Singh Tony, Chairman AAP J&K for Administrative Engagement and Minority Affairs, and DDC Member Suchetgarh, met with the local PWD office in Jammu to highlight the demands of the people.
The delegation demanded the repair of the road network in the entire Suchetgarh Constituency.
The delegation told the local PWD authorities that life of the border residents has become miserable due to potholes, especially in the road stretch between Seer to Hansa.
They also demanded a bridge over the Nallah connecting two ends of Village Magowal, which is a long-standing demand of the villagers.
The PWD officials assured the delegation that their demands would be fulfilled soon.
Tony promised to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the people until all their problems are resolved. The villagers praised Tony for forcefully taking up their issues with the authorities and providing relief to them.
