JAMMU, Aug 22: At least three persons were injured in a road accident here at RS Pura area of the District, police said.
They said a motorcycle was hit by an auto load carrier at Bala Chak area of RS Pura today, resulting in injuries to three persons.
They have been identified as Kanahiya (11) son of Suresh Kumar, Himanshu (20) son of Ashwani Kumar, and Atul (18) son of Ashwani Kumar, all residents of Magowali, RS Pura.
“After preliminary treatment at a medical facility in RS Pura, the injured have been referred to Government Medical College Jammu, where they are undergoing treatment,” police said.
Meanwhile, a case under relevant sections of the law has been registered at Police Station RS Pura and further investigation is underway.
