JAMMU, Feb 11: Three Books of Dogri writer and poet Yashpaul Nirmal was released in the World Book Fair 2024 at Pragati Maidaan, New Delhi on the stall of Sarv Bhasha Trust, New Delhi.
On the occasion, Dr Amita Dubey (chief editor, Hindi Sansthan, Lucknow) was the chief guest and eminent poet and critic Om Nishchal presided over the function while Hare Ram Pathak and editor of Bhojpuri Sahitya Sarita JP Dwivedi were the special guests.
In the function, three Dogri books of Yashpaul Nirmal namely Tataine (First ever collection of Katouta in Dogri language), Chete Pita De (original – Dr Amita Dubey, Dogri Translation – Yashpaul Nirmal) and Maan Hoi Jana (original by Dr Amita Dubey, Dogri Translation – Yashpaul Nirmal) were released.
Dogri and Hindi Poet, Kewal Kumar Kewal’s book of Hindi poetry entitled “Poonchh” was also released during the program, conducted by Keshav Mohan Pandey (organizer Sarv Bhasha Trust, New Delhi).
