JAMMU, June 24: Government Railway Police (GRP), Jammu today booked three persons for begging at Railway Station Jammu.
Those booked are Pawan Sharma son of Om Prakash, Sumit Sharma son of Manohar Sharma, both residents of Ali Garh and Santosh Kumar son of Jai Jan Ram, a resident of Ayodhya.
The accused were booked under Section 55/109/CrPC and isteghasa against the same stands produced before the Executive Magistrate Ist Class Jammu after completing all the legal formalities.
Yesterday the GRP men at Railway Station Vijaypur apprehended one Ramnesh son of Ramesh, a resident of Rajasthan with good number of toys without information to Sales Tax Department. The accused with seized goods was handed over to Sales Tax Department and a challan of Rs 640 was made on the spot.
