KATHUA, Sept 6: Thieves decamped with Rs 3.76 lakh from a showroom of Baba Lal Dayal Industry here late last night after breaking the wall of the Showroom.
Though the CCTV had been installed in the showroom but the full picture of the thieves was not visible in it. The Kathua Police has registered a case in this regard under Section 357 &380 RPC and started investigation. But no arrest has been made as yet.
In another theft case in village Lasipur eight kms from here falling under jurisdiction of PS Kathua the thieves also decamped with 25 tolas of gold during the intervening night of September 4 and 5 from the residence of Gurjit Singh, son of Balwant Singh. The Kathua police has registered a case under relevant Sections of law in this regard and started investigation. But no arrest was made so far.
