JAMMU, Sept 28: Daring thieves made a burglary attempt at the house of a journalist here at Janipur area today.
Punjab Kesari scribe Sanjeev Dubey was at his Sanjay Nagar based residence to visit his ailing father when unidentified thieves barged into his Lower Roopnagar based residence and made an attempt to conduct robbery at his new property.
As per details available with the Excelsior, the thieves got success in breaking the main gate lock but couldn’t crack the digital lock owing to which they failed in their nefarious attempt.
Acting on the written complaint of the journalist, a case under relevant sections of the law has been registered at Janipur Police Station and further investigation taken up.
