JAMMU, Nov 15: Belich-arana police arrested a thief and recovered two stolen tyres, which he had stolen from Animal Husbandry Farm.
As per police sources, Joint Director, Animal Husbandry Farm, Belicharana lodged a complaint regarding theft in the farm.
Acting over the complaint, a case was registered at police station Satwari and investigation started.
During the course of investigation, a thief identified as Rohit Kumar, son of Madan Lal, a resident of Belicharana was arrested. On his disclosure, two stolen tyres were recovered, which he had stolen from the farm.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by Incharge Belicharana police post SI Ranjeet Singh Rao made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Satwari Inspector Manjeet Singh, SDPO South Sachin Gupta, SP South Shaazad Salaria and SSP Jammu Uttam Chand.
