JAMMU, Mar 24: Gandhi Nagar police today arrested a thief along with stolen laptops.
A police spokesman said that, a complaint was received by Gandhi Nagar police station on January 1, 2014 that some unidentified persons have decamped with one laptop from a newspaper office and two laptops from a chartered accounts company namely Amit BK Gupta and Associates in Gandhi Nagar.
After registering a case under FIR number 5/14 police started investigation.
After working on different angels, Gandhi Nagar police finally arrested the thief namely Ramesh Kumar, son of Isher Dass of Satayalta, tehsil Chenani, district Udhampur.
All the stolen laptops were also recovered on the disclosure of the accused.
