LOS ANGELES, Aug 29: The famous mansion on the teen drama TV series “The OC”, where The Cohens lived, has been listed for sale at a price of USD 6.25 million.
The real estate website Trulia has listed the mansion for sale.
The house, which saw Seth Cohen (Adam Brody) evolve from neurotic, shy guy pining for the girl to neurotic comic book artist, is located in a gated Malibu community, reported Variety.
The Cohen Manor, complete with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and four acres of space, was used primarily for exterior shots and the inside will not look exactly as it did in the show.
There is also no mention of the famed pool house, which was a favourite location for many of Seth and Ryan’s broodiest, angsty conversations. (PTI)
