ISLAMABAD, Jan 27: Indian Ambassador to Pakistan T C A Raghavan has alleged that terrorist outfits are operating openly in Pakistan, therefore, time for India-Pakistan dialogue is not conducive.
Addressing a Republic Day function at the Indian Embassy, Mr Raghvan said the main issue is not of holding of dialogue but is that who should resume the process.
There should be conducive environment for the restoration of the dialogue process, he said, adding that the terror outfits are still enjoying freedom in Pakistan, making it hard to resume dialogue
