JAMMU, Dec 24: A deputation of All Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation called on Commissioner Secretary School Education and apprised him of various demands and issues of the teachers. They demand for selection grade to under graduate teachers.
The deputation, led by Mohan Singh and Maheshwar Prasad urged the Commissioner Secretary to instruct the Directorate of School Education to immediately release the list of undergraduate teachers who have been accorded selection grade.
AJKLTF also requested the Commissioner Secretary to release the promotion list of Masters as Head Masters and Teacher to Masters, as cleared by the DPC six month ago.
The deputation comprised of Kuldeep Singh, Kulbhushan Sharma, Varinder Sharma, Amrik Singh, Raj Kumar, Manzoor Ahmed, Sanjay Kumar, Sudesh Kumar, Vinod Kumar, Girdhari Lal, Omkar Singh, Ravinder Verma, Abdul Karim, Gulzar Ahmed and others.
