Teacher, Sr Assistant charge-sheeted

JAMMU, Dec 25: Crime Branch Jammu has charge-sheeted a Government teacher and a Senior Assistant in Animal Husbandry Department, who were accused of duping people on pretext of offering Government jobs.
The accused namely Master Mohd Hanief , son of Said Mohd of Kheri, Tehsil Haveli, District Poonch and Tawoos Hussain ( Sr Assistant in Animal Husbandry Department, Civil Secretariat), son of Haji Massadiq Hussain of Kamal Kota Uri, District Baramula, have been booked in case FIR number 68/2015 U/S 420/120-B/RPC P/S Crime Branch, Jammu for luring the complaints on the pretext of arranging Govt jobs and duping them of their hard earned Rs 7,44,000/- fraudulently.
On a written complaint by the victim, Crime Branch Jammu conducted a preliminary verification and allegations were prima-facie substantiated. Accordingly the instant case was registered for thorough investigation. During investigation the allegations of fraud and cheating meted out to the complainants by the accused were proved against him after collection of material evidence both oral and documentary.
The challan of the case has been produced in the Court of Railways, Jammu.
