JAMMU, Jan 23: Tata Motors Passenger Car Business Unit today announced the launch of TOP (Tata Motors Original Parts) showroom through M/s Gupta Car Clinic (P) Ltd in Jammu.
Located in Transport Nagar, Narwal, this is the first TOP outlet in Jammu Kashmir.
The showroom was inaugurated by Vivek Gangrade, General Manager (Spare Parts Division), Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors.
The spare parts business has been instrumental in elevating the customer satisfaction index over the years and Tata Motors’ Passenger Car Spare Parts have been benchmark as TOP with a view to increase market share and maximize the customer satisfaction, said Vivek.
With the launch of such showroom, Tata Motors endeavors to ensure the promotion of original spares which in turn guarantee performance and reliability of the Tata vehicles and further strengthens a long lasting customer relationship, he added.
According to a handout, Tata Motors vehicle Spare Parts has recorded a turnover of more than Rs 1000 crores in last financial year for its car and multi-utility spare parts business. The company has devised an aggressive plan for promoting the usage of original parts in the market through such TOP showrooms and TOP Shoppes.
