UDHAMPUR, May 1: Spokesperson JK BJP and former MLA Ramnagar Assembly constituency, Advocate Ranbir Singh Pathania has cleared the air regarding unnecessary stories pivoting around relation of Tariq Mir with BJP.
Spelling out details and setting at rest all such speculations and imputations, Pathania divulged that Tariq Ahmed Mir had contested 2014 Assembly elections on BJP ticket, from Shopian. Nonetheless, taking a serious note of his indiscipline and anti-party activities, and a comprehensive note in this regard received from BJP district president, Shopian, Kashmir unit of party led by Dr Rafi Ahmed Mir, Member Disciplinary Committee took a decision on October,8, 2018 to expel Mir from party.
He said till date, Mir has not been associated with any programme or activity of the party, whatsoever it may be.
