JAMMU, Nov 19: Senior Youth Congress leader and president LYC Jammu-Poonch Satish Sharma has exhorted upon the youth to take full benefit of the Centrally sponsored schemes like Himmayat, Uddan, Hunar Se Rozgar and others.
During his three-day tour to Rajouri district, the Youth Congress leader addressed several corner meetings of the PYC activists and met many delegations. He asked the youth activists to defeat the designs of the communal forces who are hell bent to destroy the communal harmony and social fabric of the country. He also asked the youths of the area to take benefit of the Centrally sponsored schemes. He also witnessed a friendly volley ball match at Manjakote and stressed upon the youth to channelize their energy properly and take active participation in sports activities and keep away from the drugs and discourage their use by others.
AYC president Zahir Abbas, youth leaders Showkat, Dr Sahil Sharma, Arif Jatt, Tabusum Malik were also present.
