JAMMU, Oct 16: State Vigilance Organization (SVO) today produced challan before Special Judge Anti Corruption Court against the accused Mohd Yousaf, Head Assistant, CEO Office, Rajouri and Mohd Showkat, illegal appointee.
Official spokesman said that, accused Mohd Yousaf, the then Head Master in connivance with his son Mohd Showkat forged the Annexure “A” to the Government order number 383-Edu of 2003 dated 4-4-2003 by inserting the name of his son Mohd Showkat with criminal intention at serial number 188 in place of one Girdhari Lal of district Jammu to facilitate his son in getting Government job in the Education Department.
He further procured letter number CEOR/SWP/9198 dated 14-09-2005 and numbers CEOR/SWP/111-03-05 dated 21-10-2005 fraudulently from time to time being incharge of Establishment Branch, CEO Office, Rajouri, and succeeded in getting his son to join as class IV employee in GHSS Dhei-Ralyote, Rajouri.
Consequently, Mohd Showkat submitted his joining on 25-10-2005 in GHSS Dhei-Ralyote and received an amount Rs 32,149 as salary illegally due to his fake appointment.
After the completion of the investigation, State Vigilance Commission (SVO), produced challan before the Court of Special Judge Anti Corruption, Jammu against the accused Mohd Yousaf, the then Head Master, CEO Office, Rajouri and his son Mohd Showkat, illegal appointee.
