JAMMU : A day after when ten people, including an Army officer and three militants, were killed in twin attacks in Kathua and Samba districts, a group of suspects were seen today in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.
“A group of suspects were noticed by the locals in a remote village of Dayalachak area and they informed the police following which police parties and army troops rushed to the spot,” a police spokesperson said.
He said the searches have been intensified in the area, adding that no contact has been established with the suspects yet but searches are in progress.
Jammu Pathankot National Highway has been closed for traffic due to ongoing search operation.
