JAMMU, Aug 16: To mark the celebration of 66th Independence Day, Surya World, Institutions of Academic Excellence took a major initiative towards the education of girl students with the launch of project, AFSAR BITIYA, today.
The project, under which Surya World commits to provide 100 percent Scholarship to 200 girl students, was launched amid Independence celebrations in Village Bapror, near Chandigarh, today.
Detailing on this initiative, Saanya Verma, Director Surya World said that providing quality education to the deserving girl students has always been key agenda for Surya World and could not have been a better occasion than the Independence Day to launch the project.
The project will cover all girl students joining Surya World to pursue various technical/higher education courses like B Tech, M Tech, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, B Arch, B Pharma etc on first come first basis.
“The initiative of the Surya World was made possible because of the generous commitment made by Surya Pharmaceuticals Limited, a Fortune India 500 Company supporting the Surya World Institutions,” Verma informed.
