SRINAGAR, Mar 27: Inpreet Oberoi, wife of well known media personality of Kashmir and Communication Officer with International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) at New Delhi, Surinder Singh Oberoi, passed away in New Delhi today.
Inpreet, 45, was ill for past few months and passed away this morning. She was cremated in New Delhi this afternoon. Her Antim Ardas will take place at Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Nehru Market, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi on Sunday (March 30) between 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Journalist fraternity in Kashmir have condoled death of Inpreet and expressed solidarity with Surinder Singh Oberoi, the former Srinagar Bureau Chief of international news agency, Agence France Presse (AFP).
