Surankote politically discriminated: PYC

poonch, July 17 : State Youth Congress president Shahnawaz Chowdhary has said that Surankote had been politically discriminated and assured that he would set the constituency on the way of development soon.
During the tour of the area the PYC leader met various delegations and addressed many meetings. He visited Phagla, Tadan Wali, Pataan Wali, Lasann, Gonthal, Nandyali, Marhote, Bafliaz villages of the constituency who apprised him  about various problems the people are facing in the area.
Mr Chowdhary said that there has been discrimination with Surankote and he will fight against it.
“It is the responsibility of all of us that we should shun the politics on caste and tribes in order to make Surankote advanced and developed Caste and tribal politics has left Surankote backward,” he added.
He alleged that all the roads falling under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna (PMGSY) and Public Works Department (PWD) in Surankote were in shambles and had become a nuisance for locals. There was lack of facilities like medicate, education, electricity and drinking water.
