Kishtwar, Aug 3: Minister of State for Transport, Revenue, Public Works (R&B), Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Agriculture Production, YSS Sunil Kumar Sharma today launched mobile services in Machail (Padder), a remote town famous for Chandi Mata shrine.
Receiving a huge number of yatris every year for holy pilgrimage, mobile connectivity to the region was an essential requirement.
The Minister launched the services by receiving a call from Machail Mata Bhawan. He assured the people that efforts are underway and the road connecting to Machail will be completed in a time bound manner.
He also informed that many more projects are in pipeline for development of such scenic religious destinations.
