Sukhnandan slams Cong, PDP for misleading people on farm laws

JAMMU, Jan 31: Former Minister, ex MLA Marh and chairman Panchayati Raj Cell BJP JKUT, Ch Sukhnandan Kumar today slammed the opposition parties such as Congress and PDP who are trying to misled the farming community on new Farm laws which has recently been passed by the Narendra Modi led Government at the Centre.
Addressing a function organised at Panchayat Jaswan in Marh constituency, Sukhnandan said “Our country is safe enough in the hands of Modi and PM is committed to double the income of the farming community.”
The former Minister who chaired the functions also appealed the J &K UT Government for the timely desilting of irrigation canals so that farming community can get water at the right time.
On the occasion hundreds of political workers of different political parties such as NC, Congress and PDP joined BJP.
Capt.(retd) Rattan Singh general secretary, Langhe Rajput Biradari who too joined the party said “After witnessing unprecedented development of the Marh constituency in general and Panchayat Jaswan in particular, which has become fully developed Panchayat of the constituency, I along with hundreds of my supporters decided to Join BJP in presence of Ch Sukhnandan Kumar who has left no stone unturned to made this constituency a Model Constituency”.
While welcoming the new entrants in the party fold former Minister asserted that he is available to the public of his constituency by 24×7 and always tried to solve the issues of people of the constituency.
Sarpanch Jaswan Panchayat, Narinder Singh Pitti, Sarpanch Galwaday Vikramjeet, Sarpanch Gango Chak Lazya Devi, Sarpanch Lal Singh,Sarpanch Mulkh Raj Sharma and a large number of people of the area were present on the occasion.
