Sukhdev elected NSF provincial president

JAMMU, July 21: Student leader Sukhdev Singh has been elected as provincial president of National Secular Forum (NSF).
Decision in this regard was unanimously taken during an executive body meeting of the NSF, held under the chairmanship of founder president Dr Vikas Sharma.
On the occasion, the executive body passed several resolutions, which included stir for relief to border farmers, effective transport policy, better healthcare facilities to the Jammu people, accountability in functioning of Central University Jammu and commencement of the construction works there.
In the meeting, new executive body members of NSF were also announced. They included Ravi Choudhary (senior vice-president);  Barket Tahir, Tanveer Ahmed, P P Singh and Vikram Madhyal as vice-president; Akshay Sharma and Narinder Singh as general secretary; Pushpinder Singh, Anjali Verma, Javed, Vijay Kumar as secretary; Surjit Singh Sidhu, Rishikesh Rana, Rahul Sharma, Chiman Singh and  Vimal Kumar as the executive members.
