Sugar weakens on adequate supply

NEW DELHI, Nov 21:  Sugar prices weakened at the wholesale sugar market in the national capital today on adequate supplies from producing regions.
Marketmen said adequate stocks position on higher supplies from producing regions mainly kept pressure on sugar prices.
Sugar ready M-30 and S-30 quoted lower at Rs 2,780-3,000 and Rs 2,770-2,990 instead of Rs 2,780-3,030 and Rs 2,770-3,020 per quintal, respectively.
Similarly, mill delivery M-30 and S-30 weakened to Rs 2,630-2,855 and Rs 2,620-2,845 from previous levels of Rs 2,630-2,885 and Rs 2,620-2,875 per quintal, respectively.

Sugar retail markets – Rs 28.00-34.00 per kg.
Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 2,780-3,000, S-30 Rs 2,770-2,990.
Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 2,630-2,855, S-30 Rs 2,620-2,845.
