NEW DELHI, June 29: The sugar prices ruled quiet in the national capital today as prices moved in a tight range on alternate small bouts of trading and closed at last levels.
Marketmen said small buying support against reduced arrivals mainly held prices unaltered.
The following were today’s quotations per quintal:
Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 3,200-3,300, S-30 Rs 3,180-3,280.
Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 3,050-3,180; S-30 Rs 3,050-3,160.
Sugar mill gate (including duty): Mawana 3115, Kinnoni 3,185, Asmoli 3,160, Dorala 3,120, Budhana 3,105, Thanabhavan 3,110, Dhanora 3,120, Simbholi 3,165, Modi Nagar 3,110, Khatuli 3,105, Dhampur 3,070, Ramala 3,045, Bulandshar 3,070, Anupshar 3,050, Baghpat 3,075, Morna 3,065, Sakoti 3,070, Chandpur 3,070, Amroha 3,070 and Nazibabad 3050.
