JAMMU, Oct 1: In connection with World Rabies Day Animal Husbandry Department Ramban held a programme today.
On the occasion an awareness march by students of Higher Secondary School & Bhartiya Vidya Mandir School Ramban was flagged off by DDC, Ramban Basheer Ahmed Dar.
The participants were administered oath for adoption of stray dogs for vaccination to prevent rabies.
A lecture was given by Dr Kulbeer Sing of Health Department on prevention of rabies.
Dr Ramesh Razdhan Chief Animal husbandry Officer Ramban proposed the vote of thanks.
