JAMMU, Oct 31: On second day of the Students Exchange programme, visiting students from Andaman-Nicobar (UT) were taken to two school, Gharana Wetland and International Border.
The student team, headed by Mohd Younis, first visited the Government Higher Secondary School Chakrohi, R S Pura and attended morning assembly. The students of Andaman- Nicobar as well as of Higher Secondary School Chakrohi interacted with each other and exchanged views.
Thereafter, these students visited Gharana Wetland and learned about the migratory birds which come here from Siberia in winter season. The visiting students, accompanied by Naib Tehsildar Javed Faryad from R S Pura, were also taken to International Border of Suchetgarh. At the Post, students closely witnessed lndo- Pak border and felt too much excited.
The visiting students and team members from Andaman Nicobar (UT) also interacted with the students of Boys Higher Secondary School R S Pura. The Principal gave them brief description of the school. In the evening, these students were taken to Bagh-e-Bahu for a picnic.
