JAMMU, Dec 20: On the instructions of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Commissioner, Pankaj Magotra and under the supervision of Joint Commissioner (A), Ashish Kumar Gupta, the enforcement team of JMC has demolished a portion of the structure which was raised against the approved building plan at Channi Himmat.
A handout stated that the violator was served upon all the statutory notices of J&K Control of Building Operation Act 1988 against the violations committed by him.
JMC has appealed all the city dwellers to refrain from carrying on illegal constructions and violations against the approved building plan.
