This has reference to article “Modi breaks silence, not ice”(DE Aug 13, 2016). The article is brilliantly written. The real ground situation and the aspects/reasons leading to the present position have been analysed. Contents are eye opener for the readers. However, I want to submit that it would have been more convenient if the appropriate methodology for stopping of bloodshed had been suggested ,in case the politicians as well as parents have no control on the protesters ,as they act only on the signals of separatists. Secondly, it also needs further elaboration/clarification regarding stakeholders to whom Government must make consultation in order to move forward for the betterment of all the regions of the State.

Sir,
The whole write-up can be aptly summed as Straight Talk; factually correct, irrefutable arguments and intelligent marshalling of thoughts. The message is clear; if the “boys” and their supporters want to think differently, then what stops the rest of us also to air our views and perceptions freely. Time to show a mirror and you have done that very competently. Also, rightly pointed out that many of the oft-repeated words have become mere ‘clichés’.
