JAMMU, July 22: A stove blast victim undergoing treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to her burn injuries today.
As per police sources, 30-year-old Neetu, daughter of late Gulzar Ahmed, a resident of Teli Basti, Bari Brahmana received serious burn injuries due to stove blast at her residence on July 6.
She was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where she failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to her burn injuries today.
The body has been handed over to family members for last rites after completing legal formalities.
A case in this regard has been registered at Bari Brahmana police station and investigation started.
