JAMMU: The J&K Government has declared State mourning tomorrow as a mark of respect to former Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew.
As per a Government order, the National and the State Flag shall fly at half-mast during the State mourning on all buildings and places, where these are flown and there shall be no official entertainment. (AGENCIES)
