Startup Kashmir moots taking forward Vajpayee’s 4-point formula

BENGALURU: Kashmir Flashpoint, a pan-India progrramme to bridge the gap between people of Kashmir and the rest in the country and develop trade and commerce to educate and encourage youth to participate in the India Narrative came to the city today.

The programme StartUp Kashmir was unveiled at the conference here that discussed on the ‘four point formula to bring out an ideal solution for Kashmir Conflict. As part of it, an incubation centre for Kashmiri youth, who launch startups was thrown open in the city.

The programme organised by Indian Economic Trade Organisation in association with Lehar NGO and Tawazun Foundation, a city based based think tank, organised the event in the tech hub.

The campaign advocates participation of civil society to resolve the Kashmir conflict by integrating the people of Kashmir for making people to people contact with the rest of the country and to develop trade and commerce to educate and encourage youth to participate in the India Narrative.

Eminent speakers at today’s conference included Manishankar Aiyar, Historian Ramachandra Guha and Rajni Shaleen Chopra, Founder of Lehar Foundation besides others. (AGENCIES)
