REASI, Mar 25: SSP Reasi, Shailender Singh held a meeting with Chief Medical Officer Reasi Dr Rajeev Sharma and his team of Medical staff to sort out pending issues of investigation of medico legal cases.
During the review , it come to light that there are 103 case FIRs of Police Stations of district Reasi pending for want of medical report. The pendency ranges from the year 2017 to 2021. CMO assured that all pending reports will be cleared within two to three weeks positively.
SSP Reasi also took up the matter with Dr Shubra Sharma, Director FSL for clearing pendency of expert opinion in 114 cases of District Police Reasi ranging from 2008 to 2021.On the phone call, Director FSL has positively assured for disposal of pendency. SSP has deployed one officer for both offices.
