RAMBAN, May 23: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Anita Sharma along with Additional SP Sanjay Parihar held an interactive meeting with the retired police personnel, here today.
Various issues pertaining to their health conditions, details of the family members and wards and their career prospects were discussed in the meet, a police official said.
Abdul Rashid Beig President and Mohammad Tasleem Khan Vice President of the Retired Police Officers’ Association of District Ramban along with other members presented a memorandum of their genuine issues to SSP.
The issues pertaining to the district and within the competence of SSP will be resolved forthwith and remaining matters shall be submitted to higher ups requesting necessary action therein, official added.
“It was decided in the meeting that one such interaction will be held in the first week of every month and a WhatsApp group has also been created for easy access to one another and sharing of important information”, police official informed.
