JAMMU, Oct 27: In an impressive function organized at Shri Ranbireshar Temple Shalamar Road Jammu, Shri Ranbireshwar Mandir Welfare committee has launched the calendar of New Year 2015 with exact dates of holidays depicting photo of Lord Shri Ranbireshwar Shiv Shankar Mahadev.
The programme was conducted by spokesperson and legal advisor of the Shri Ranbireshwar Mandir Welfare Committee Jyoti Sarup Mishra and Onkar Sharma (Nandi Ji) president of the committee was chief guest on the ocassion.
While speaking on the occasion, Mishra said that with the blessings of the Mahant of the temple Rishi Ban, the commitee is doing commendable job for the benefit of poor and needy. He said committee launched the calendar for the first time and this programme will continue in future also. He said anyone can get calendar from the president of the commitee free of cost. He informed that initially committee has published 2000 copies of calendar and if needs occur more copies will be published as per requirement.
Mahant Rishi Ban also spoke on the ocassion and lauded the efforts of the committee in spreading the message of peace and brothehood across the State.
The other members of the committee present on the occassion were Shiv Kumar Sharma (Vice President), Rajkumar Gupta (Secretary), Amit Gupta (Secretary), Narender Vaid, Mandeep Sharma (Secretary), Deepak Sharma (press and publicity incharge), Dr Sunny Gupta, Rekha Sharma (president women wing), Daali Abrol (Gen Secretary women wing) and Surinder Bhagat.
