JAMMU, Nov 16: A Special Police Officer (SPO) was found hanging at his rented accommodation in Indra Nagar area here, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Mohammad Ishfaq, son of Abdul Majeed, a resident of Jarnaili Mohalla Ward Number 17 District Poonch, at present Indra Nagar Miran Sahib.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for post-mortem.
Miran Sahib Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
