SPO attacked with sharp edged weapon

KATHUA, Mar 9: A SPO has been attacked with sharp edged weapon by his relative in Jakhbarh area, falling under the jurisdiction of Nagri Parole police post.
As per police sources, SPO identified as Jarnail Singh, son of Thakur Singh, a resident of Jakhbar was attacked by his relative Pardeep Singh with sharp edged weapj (dharati) owing to some land dispute.
The victim was shifted to District Hospital Kathua, where he was undergoing treatment, when reports last came in.
A case under Section 307 RPC has been registered at Nagri Parole police post and manhunt has been launched to nab the accused.
