Spirit of Sadbhavana

Sir,
There is no doubt that the fact that Indian army is one of the most powerful secular disciplined and advanced armies of the world.
Our army is performing multpurpose duties, helping people during natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, wind storms and tsunamies etc, in addition to the normal duties of guarding borders and fighting militancy within the country.
Our army has created  history by launching Sadhbhavana programme in the trouble torn state for the past many years. Different army units posted in militancy hit areas of the State are constructing school buildings, providing medical facilities  to the needy people. In addition, army is arranging Bharat Darshan tours for the school children, farmers, and senior citizens as well as religious heads (Imams).
These measures are welcome step but one fails to understand why the exiled Pandit community which is languishing in rented accomodations and various camps in Jammu has not been brought under the ambit of popular Sadbhavana programme. As is known to everyone that Kashmiri Pandit Community is hard hit by the militancy since 1990.
One wonders whether Sadbhavana is for select people or for all. Ignoring a particular community is unjustified and against the principles of human rights.
The concerned quarters may kindly take notice and initiate steps to do needful.
Yours etc..
