JAMMU, June 10: The UT Government has sanctioned one day special leave in favour of Kashmiri Pandit employees working in Jammu Division who intend to celebrate Mela Kheer Bhawani on June 14.
An order to this effect was issued by General Administrative Department (GDA) here, today.
