JAMMU, Dec 25: All J&K Sikh Coordination Committee (AJKSCC) is organising a special Gurmat Samagam (congregation) in connection with supreme sacrifice of Chaar Sahibzadas (four sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji).
The Samagam has been organised to pay respect to Sahibzadas and highlight their sacrifice so that present generations may follow their footsteps to lead a moral and upright live free from fear even when situation to sacrifice life comes to support moral values.
It is pertinent to mention here that unmatchable valour and bravery of Sahibzadas has no parallel in history.
Sahibzadas-Baba Zorawar Singh Ji and Baba Fateh Singh Ji were two youngest sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, who were fixed in a wall, brick by brick alive on the orders of cruel tyrant Wazir Khan-the then Mughal administrator of Sirhind (Punjab) for rejecting his order to leave own faith and embrace Islam.
Baba Ajit Singh Ji and Baba Jujhar Singh Ji were other two sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji and they embraced martyrdom in battlefield while fighting oppressive Mughal troops.
AJKSCC has altogether with the support of Sadh Sangat of J&K under the chairmanship of S. Ajit Singh has organized this special congregation to remember supreme sacrifices of Sahibzadas who have set an example in the history by sacrificing their lives with smile on lips.
Glowing tributes will be paid to Sahibzadas during this Samagam on Monday (December 26, 2022) from 10 am to 2 pm at Digiana Ashram, Jammu under the supervision of Mahant Manjeet Singh Ji.
In this programme J&K Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha has been specially invited.
