JAMMU, Sept 29: The students of SP Smart School had a visit to CSIR- IIIM, Canal Road here to enhance their knowledge regarding medicine, today.
The visiting students had a great learning experience as they visited various laboratories and interacted with the CSIR scientists. They were briefed about the research work being carried out by the scientists at IIIM.
The students also learnt about the possibilities that emerge from science and innovation. The laboratories visited included Inflammation Pharmacology, Microbial Biotechnology, PK-PD, Natural Product Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Tissue Culture, Agro Technology, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering and Experimental Fields.
The scientists who interacted with students included Dr Sanket Shukla, Dr Sundeep Jaglan, Dr Momo, Dr Bharate and Dr VP Rahul.
