JAMMU, Sept 15: Government today relieved Superintendent of Police (SP) Handwara, Sheema Nabi Qasba, from the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to enable her take up the new assignment as the Assistant Director (AD) in the Intelligence Bureau (IB).
Meanwhile, it has been ordered that Yougal Kumar Manhas, SP Kupwara, shall hold the charge of SP Handwara, in addition to his own duties.
An order issued in this context said, “consequent upon the approval of the competent authority for induction of Sheema Nabi Qasba, SP Handwara, as Assistant Director (SP Level), in the Intelligence Bureau, on deputation basis, for a period of five years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier, the officer is relieved from the UT of Jammu and Kashmir, to enable her to take up the new assignment.”
“It is further ordered that Yougal Kumar Manhas, SP Kupwara, shall hold the charge of SP Handwara, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.”
