Soda hydro sulphate rises as demand picks up

NEW DELHI, Nov 16:  In limited deals, prices of soda hydro sulphate rose by Rs 10 per kg in the national capital today, largely influenced by pick up in demand from consuming units amid paucity of stocks due to fall in supplies from producing regions.
Soda hydro sulphate prices rose by Rs 10 to settle at Rs 120-140 per kg.
Traders said firm demand from consuming units against fall in supplies from producing belts mainly pushed up soda hydro prices.

Ammonium chloride (50 kg) Rs 1,200-2,400, Acetic acid (1 kg) Rs 42-52, Ammonia bicarb (25 kg) Rs 500-800, Boric acid technical (50 kg) Rs 4,500-5,200, Borex granular (50 kg) Rs 2,350-2,650.
Caustic soda flake (50 kg) Rs 1,900-2,000, Citric acid (50 kg) (China) Rs 4,000-4,400, Citric acid deshi (50 kg) Rs 3,800-4,500, Camphor slab (1 kg) Rs 475, Camphor powder (1kg) Rs 425, Glycerine (1 kg) Rs 120-135, Hexamine (1kg) Rs 95, Hydrogen peroxide (1 kg) Rs 40-50, menthol bold crystal (per kg) Rs 1,075, menthol flake (1 kg) Rs 1,040 and mentha oil (1kg) Rs 930.
