Sobat Ali starts tile work at Govt PS Haji Basti

JAMMU, May 26: Councillor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) and senior DPAP leader, Ch. Sobat Ali of Ward number 74 here today started tile work at Government Primary School Haji Basti in Sunjwan.
Speaking on the occasion the Councillor asked the students of the school to work hard in their studies to become responsible citizens of the country.
He also asked the teachers to work hard with poor students so that they may also contribute to the progress of our country.
The DPDP leader said that other works of the Ward shall also be started and completed soon so that the people may not face any problem due to lack of basic amenities.
The JMC Councillor sought public cooperation to make the Ward a model one and asked the locals to avoid throwing garbage here and there and use services of autos deputed to collect garbage from door-to-door.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Rajinder Kumar, ZEO Purmandal; Karan Gupta, AE JMC; Malik Yonus Rahi, Sunil Kumar and Mohd Riaz-all Teachers; Village Education Committee members of the School and students.
